Rodeway Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

Shuttle was very convenient and reasonable cost both from the airport and to the Cruise Dock. Free breakfast was nice. Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was fine as usual. Transfer to cruise ship was great as well.

My TV remote did not work and the staff took care of it very quickly. I liked that the staff made eye contact with you even if they did not speak your language. The check in was very quick and professional.

The free breakfast was a nice addition, as were the free shuttles from the airport to the hotel, and the free shuttle from the hotel to the cruise ship. Their pool is so convenient and the garden area is beautiful. Even better, the level of caring was excellent. Izzy, the manager went beyond what he needed to do to help us out of a huge problem. We had an appointment scheduled but the taxi that we scheduled went to a wrong address, as did the second one. We had a scheduled appointment that we couldn’t be late for. He then offered to drive us to the appointment and waited for us to drive us back. This was going way out of his way to take care of us. We have stayed at this hotel every time we cruise out of Ft Lauderdale because of how wonderful the hotel and staff are!
